AYE utilizes comprehensive methods in the professional development agenda of young Africans. Our initiatives call for an in depth understanding and appreciation of youth of African descent. Our organization invests a major portion of its resources into researching the motivations and unique trends that are impacting young Africans in the diaspora.

All research findings are extensively peer reviewed in close collaboration with educational institutions, corporations, and government agencies. AYE also takes advantage of these relationships to engage in constructive dialogues on the trends, while simultaneously utilizing their distribution channels for the applicable dissemination of our research findings.
